Franck Tourtois

Franck est un Mentor en Gestion de Carrière & en Management.

Spécialisé en Leadership Development, c’est un expert en optimisation de carrière qui accompagne la transition professionnelle et la chasse de tête.

Diplômé de Kedge Business School, avec un Master of Administration, il a dirigé pendant 14 ans les opérations d’un groupe  et certaines filiales dans des contextes de croissance forte ou de restructuration, mettant en pratique les idées et pratiques qu’il recommande aujourd’hui chez nos clients.

Il a accompagné depuis plus de vingt ans des centaines de Managers et des Executives, notamment pendant leurs 100 premiers jours, en apportant des outils qui permettent aux personnes de devenir plus assertives et de piloter leur carrière.  En 2011, Franck a créé AC Mentoring. Il exerce ses activités en France, en Pologne et en Belgique principalement.

In 2011, Franck created AC Mentoring. He currently focuses his activities over Poland, France and Belgium and works both in English and French. He is specialized in:

– Leadership Development & Management, delivering services of Management Coaching/Mentoring for individuals and teams, trainings, as well as Assessment/Development Centers,

– Career Optimization (self-marketing, networking…), delivering services of Outplacement or some rare Executive Search assignments

.

He graduated from the Kedge Business School, with a Master of Administration. For 14 years Franck has been managing some of the Accetis group practices (automotive, industry…) and its subsidiaries (England, Poland, France) in challenging growth and/or restructuring contexts, directly implementing in his environment the ideas he now supports his clients with.

For 20+ years, Franck has been supporting Managers and Executives in these fields. He supports them during their career milestones: first 100 days, career changes & transitions, management challenges… providing tools and processes so they can become more assertive and lead their own careers. Concerning companies, his methods aim to directly generate efficient organizational changes which are financially sound.

Magdalena est une coach et une formatrice professionnelle expérimentée.

Magdalena a plus de 15 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans le conseil en ressources humaines et le management. Elle a mené à bien plusieurs centaines de projets de recrutement, allant de postes de direction de niveau moyen à supérieur, en Pologne et dans la région CEE. Elle est certifiée sur divers outils psychométriques. De 2007 à 2013, elle a réalisé un certain nombre de formations dans le cadre d’un programme opérationnel de l’Union européenne pour la Pologne intitulé «Capital humain». De 2009 à 2017, elle a dirigé avec succès la filiale polonaise d’un groupe français de recherche de cadres avant de nous rejoindre. Elle travaille en anglais, polonais et français.

Magdalena is an Experienced Assessor, Coach and Business Trainer.

Magdalena has over 15 years of professional experience in HR Advisory and general management. She delivered several hundreds of recruitment projects from middle to top managerial positions both in Poland and in the CEE Region. She is certified user of various psychometric tools.
From 2007 to 2013 she realised a number of trainings delivered for a European Union Operational Program for Poland called “Human Capital”. Since 2009 she has successfully been managing the Polish subsidiary of a French Executive Search group before joining us. She works in English, Polish and French.

Jean-Marc est un Executive Coach & Advisor.

Il aide les dirigeants à optimiser leurs processus et leurs modes d’organisation par une approche qui vise toujours à replacer les bonnes personnes à la bonne place, pour finalement construire la meilleure organisation possible. Il utilise notamment les formations et le mentoring comme outils.

Pendant plus de trente ans, il a opéré dans l’industrie automobile, dans le développement produit chez un grand constructeur, puis en tant que dirigeant et Managing Director d’équipementiers de premier rang.

Diplômé de l’Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC), Jean-Marc est convaincu que l’agilité est un facteur clé de succès pour adapter en permanence les organisations à la réalité et les rendre ainsi plus agiles et plus efficientes.

Jean-Marc is an Executive Coach & Advisor.

During 30 years Jean-Marc had various experiences in the car industry, at first in the product development areas for a car-maker and a first-tier supplier. His most significant experience is probably the management during 5 years of the dashboard engineering team at Renault. Later he has been in charge of one then of two subsidiaries of an international automotive supplier (Bosal). During this period he had to face various change situations (loss of significant business, increase of customers logistic requirements, etc), making him develop & practice his methods for permanently adapting organizations.

In 2013 Jean-Marc joined A.C. Mentoring. With his various industrial experiences, Jean-Marc is able to help directors optimizing their organizations. This approach always aims at finding the right place for each people (training and mentoring being some of the tools used to reach this goal) and at ultimately building a new organization and new ways of working, giving the company the best possible AGILITY.

He has graduated from the ‘’Université de Technologie de Compiègne UTC’’ with an engineering degree in Mechanics.

Jean-Marc is convinced that AGILITY is one of the key tools to remain competitive whatever the markets variations, the toughness of customers requirements, or the capacities of the competitors.

Danièle est Consultante en Développement Professionnel & Conseil RH.

Responsable de l’accompagnement des PSE et autres actions collectives, elle assure le pilotage opérationnel et la bonne coordination des actions menées et mobilise l’ensemble des moyens nécessaires à l’atteinte des résultats.

Consultante spécialiste de l’orientation et de la mobilité professionnelle, elle suit individuellement les personnes rentrant dans ces processus de changement et travaille plus précisément sur les évaluations, bilans de compétence et l’élaboration de projets professionnels porteurs tels que la création d’entreprise.

Daniele is Coach in Professional Development & HR Consulting.

As a coach specializing in career guidance and career mobility, she follows individuals in these change processes individually and works more specifically on assessments, skills assessments and the development of promising career projects such as business creation or new orientation. Psychologist, she knows how to coach people smoothly, with benevolence and taking time to address people fears and anguish. She also assists HR managers in legal procedures and negotiations with staff representatives and unions.

Il accompagne les dirigeants à améliorer l’organisation et la qualité relationnelle de leurs équipes, pour les emmener de la performance vers l’excellence.

La médiation professionnelle, l’alignement des individus sur une raison d’être, la mise en place de rôles explicites et souverains, sont des outils d’un management agile et responsable, rendu nécessaire par l’économie numérique volatile, incertaine, complexe et ambiguë, où chacun doit devenir un leader.
Membre de comités de direction, il a piloté des “Business Units” pendant plus de vingt ans. Médiateur certifié par la Chambre Professionnelle de la Médiation et de la Négociation, coach en Holacracy, praticien en PNL certifié par l’École Française de Coaching, il est diplômé d’un Master of Arts de Kedge Business School et d’un MBA en Digital Marketing & Business.

Cyril is a Management Mentor & Responsive Organisations Coach.

He mainly supports teams and executives on leadership, liberation management, transformation towards new organizational models. He has been managing business units in several industries such as food, telecommunications, document management and IT services, and lead teams for 15+ years (as Product and Project Manager, Programme Director, Marketing Director, Customer Experience Director, EMEA Supply Chain & IT Operations Director). As a board member of both a medium business and a large companies, he saw many aspects of the businesses, directly implementing in his environment the ideas he now supports his clients with.

His motto: from good to great by establishing high standards in every action and enhancing both customers and employees experience. According to him, a transformation requires building a common culture first to get everyone onboard, and having then highly committed people acting as leaders for strengthening a thriving organization. He is a Holacracy practitioner and coach certified by HolacracyOne® via iGi Partners in 2018 as well as NLP technician certified by the European Coaching Association (MHD) in 2017.

He graduated from the Kedge Business School in 1994, with a Master of Arts in Marketing and graduated of a Digital Marketing & Business Transformation MBA at EDH Group (EFAP) business school in 2018.

Lydie est chasseuse de tête.

Spécialiste du recrutement par approche directe, Lydie accompagne depuis plus de 8 ans les PME et les grands groupes dans la constitution de leurs équipes.

Formée au coaching et certifiée formatrice en ProcessCom, elle identifie, évalue les compétences et trouve les candidats alignés avec la culture de l’entreprise. Désireuse de transmettre son savoir faire, elle organise pour vos équipes des formations pour professionnaliser les entretiens de recrutement.

Initialement diplômée de l’Institut d’études politiques de Grenoble, Lydie a effectué un parcours de plus de 15 ans dans le secteur des médias, au sein du groupe Liaisons Sociales puis du Groupe Le Monde avant d’orienter sa carrière dans le domaine du Conseil en Ressources Humaines. Expérimentée, elle a développé des connaissances sur un large périmètre métiers et secteurs.

Originally graduated from the Institute of Political Studies in Grenoble, Lydie has spent more than 15 years in the media sector, within Liaisons Sociales and then Le Monde before focusing her career in the field of Human Resources Consulting. Experienced, she has developed knowledge on a wide range of businesses and sectors.


Xavier Guy

Xavier Guy

Xavier est “Crisis & Risk Management” mentor.

Spécialiste du Lean & Profit Management et expert en droit du travail, sa méthode repose d’abord sur l’autonomisation des personnes et des équipes, renforçant l’assertivité des managers pour qu’ils deviennent de vrais leaders.

Communicant, Xavier explique et simplifie les processus, partage sa vision de la stratégie. C’est un “doer” avant tout, adepte des expérimentations et de la méthode agile. Pragmatique, Xavier a créé et mis en oeuvre des systèmes d’amélioration continue et durable, prenant en compte l’histoire et la culture des entreprises.

Issu de l’industrie (automobile, aéronautique, industries chimiques, électronique), il a été pendant plus de vingt ans directeur puis redresseur de sites, qu’il a transformés rapidement en cash machines.

Xavier is a Consultant on Crisis & Risk Management. 

He’s also sharply skilled on Lean Management, Labor Law and Profit Management for both operations and sales team. An industrial engineer, he used to be a change-maker who turned profit centers around so they ultimately over-profit! He has at first industrialized parts and systems in plastics, glass, rubber, aluminum (cast or spun) and stamped metal. Then he managed profit centers in the automotive, air&space, electronics, metal, chemical, paper-cardboard, logistic sectors both for large and smaller firms. He has also favored, games and challenges to make people grow.

A person of communication, he explains & simplifies, shares his vision, adapts it whenever necessary. He remains focused on the goal and results, always respecting people and laws, but he is also an adept of learning and improving ‘by doing’. He has sharp skills on labor law (a topic he discovered on the field and self trained on to the point of becoming sworn in by a TGI). A practical and hands-on man, he has implemented, adapted and sometimes even created continuous improvement systems, which were sustainable since they took the history and culture of companies into account. He focused on ‘freeing’ the teams and developing their agility, developing ‘Chiefs’ so they become leaders first and then sponsors and support coaches. His goal had always been to transform the shop-floor into a field where initiatives are taken and productivity is generated by developing self-governing, adaptability and enabling people to thrive.

Aujourd’hui, fort de cette expérience et d’un MBA en marketing et commerce numérique, il accompagne les entreprises de ce secteur confrontées à des défis pour transformer leur organisation et leurs stratégies clients. Il contribue à leur compréhension de la transformation numérique des activités de santé et à la conception de leurs stratégies en utilisant, entre autres, des approches de résolution de problèmes, axées sur le «parcours» du client ou du patient.

For the past 25 years, he has been practicing Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Relationship Management in top positions within the health industry. Today, with this experience and an MBA in marketing and digital business, he supports companies in this sector, facing challenges to transform their organization and customer strategies. He contributes to their understanding of the digital transformation in health activities, the design of their strategies by using, among other things, problem-solving approaches, with a focus on the customer or patient “journey».

Isabelle Buchy20 ans d’expérience dans des univers Télécom et SI, où en tant que responsable achats, Isabelle a œuvré dans une logique de simplification pour une meilleure croissance et en tant que responsable projet, elle développé les synergies de groupe. Forte de ces expériences, elle aide aujourd’hui les entreprises à tirer parti au mieux des ressources et services externes, sur les plans technologiques et humains. Au sein des organisations, elle met en place l’intelligence collective, gage d’efficacité et de performance.

For 20 years within the Telco and IS sectors, as a purchase manager she has always simplified organization to improve performance, and as a project manager, she has focused on generating synergies. Today, this allows her to support companies make the most of their human and technological resources & external services. She also promotes and implement collective intelligence approaches in order to generate efficiency.
