AC Mentoring supports individuals and how they work, the manager and her team, the leader and her organization, in all change and development phases.

We are delivering mainly in France, Belgium & Poland and occasionally in other locations.

Our mission is to help individuals align what they are with what they do: individuals are at the core of our approach & value proposition.

Over time, our clients have asked us to expand our programs from individuals to the whole company in order to implement a more responsive and resilient governance. Nowadays we support them in setting up more agile organizations, based on sharing the decision-making process and individuals’ empowerment.

We have applied this approach to ourselves: Assertive Career Mentoring France for instance is an agile company which has a shared governance system.

The trends we are witnessing currently all point towards a future where it will not be compulsory to be employed by a company in order to work for it. We have therefore designed our programs to support both employees and independent contributors.

We support our clients, whether privately-owned of public establishments, at many levels, from operations to general management, through our mentoring programs in 4 activity types: Leadership, Career, Management & Governance.

On each of our assignments, 2 or 3 mentors are involved: it guarantees the utmost efficiency as well as a livelier and potentially less ‘addictive’ support to the individuals we help.

All our mentors have proven operational experience: their pieces of advice are practical and concrete.

This is also the reason we have created a network of partners: they bring their complementary expertise to our projects.

We started in 2011 as a company specializing in the industry sector. Today we carry out assignments in a dozen fields including retail and services. So far, we have carried out over 550 assignments spread so: 15% for large multinational corporations, 50% for mid-sized groups and 35% SMEs.
